Les Heintz owns and operates two prominent media firms in Washington, DC. He is an accomplished television producer and media consultant with over three decades of experience in non-fiction television, marketing and commercial advertising.
Heintz has created, produced and directed multiple prime-time series for cable networks. He has also designed national advertising campaigns, and worked as a creative consultant to national and statewide political campaigns.
Heintz launched his company after working more than a decade in television news where his work was recognized for excellence and resulted in multiple regional Emmy® Awards.
Les was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he met and married his high school sweetheart, Anne. They have two daughters, and currently reside in the Washington, DC area.
Heintz also serves as President & Trustee for the National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. His work on behalf of The Academy was instrumental in establishing an alliance between NATAS and The Smithsonian Institution which added historical items related to Daytime Television to the archives of The National Museum of American History.
